Program Manager Elizabeth Benson

Liz Benson is a Program Manager at the Northern Crops Institute, where she has advanced from intern to manager. She holds a B.S. in Strategic Communications and a Minor in Business Administration from North Dakota State University (2021). In her current role, Liz manages conferences, develops online course content, and provides training to NCI staff.

Program Manager Krista Jansen

Krista Jansen is a Program Manager at Northern Crops Institute, specializing in developing and implementing educational programs that support value-added agriculture for northern-grown crops. Krista is involved in the Minnesota Ag & Rural Leadership (MARL) Program and has extensive experience from working on her family farm in Ada, MN.

Program Development Manager Casey Peterson

Casey is a seasoned Program Development Manager with a rich background in higher education administration. With 25 years of experience at NDSU and Concordia College, Casey specializes in coordinating and leading the development of educational programs tailored to customer needs. In addition to overseeing program delivery, Casey contributes to long-term strategy development and implementation. Casey holds a Bachelor of Music from Lawrence University, a Masters in Educational Leadership from NDSU, and a PhD in Institutional Effectiveness from NDSU.
